CITATION INFORMATION

A schedule of the minimum amount due for certain offenses is listed at the bottom of the page. You MUST come to court on the date and time shown under “Court Appearance Information” on your citation or pay the citation BEFORE your court date.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING CONSERVATION CITATIONS

If you have been charged with any offense listed on this information sheet and would like to pay the fine without a court appearance, you may choose one of the following methods of payment:

Payment by mail: MONEY ORDER or CASHIER’S CHECK for full amount
Payable to Jody Sellers, Circuit Clerk

Must include full name and citation number. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED

Failure to pay or failure to appear in court on the date and time indicated on your citation will initiate one or more of the following actions without further notice to you:

  1. Your bond will be forfeited,
  2. Your fine is subject to increase,
  3. A warrant may be issued for your arrest.
